Was okay, but nothing special/no highlights.
Friendly stuff. Booked deluxe, got standard - but stuff give difference money back, i don't have to ask -> very good.
To small, must open suitcase at floor. Room little bit small. No space for anything of your items.
In my opinion the price for this kind of standard is to high (over 1000 baht). You will get a ok 2star hotel for half price (500/600 baht).

Overall facilities are good because of typical local residence style. Clean and safety are for tourists.
Some area need renovation such as toilet while functional features are provide in good condition.
