Playia Villas I

The pool, bbq and accessories, very well working AC, comfortable bed and pillows

The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The villa is set in a nice quite location and surrounded by olive trees. The views from the top bedroom are great. Parking was free and onsite There were a good selection of tavernas both at Petriti and a little further way at Boukari beach (6 min drive) - the later being our preferred beach. There's a small supermarket in Petriti - which helps with emergency eggs/bread/ pizza/beer/wine purchases.

The pool was a little smaller than we thought - ideal for small children / plunge pool - but a little small for swimming. The apartments have a great garden with a border of a fence / hedge to the other villas - but you can on occasion here your next door neighbours in their garden / pool area.

The staff were amazing. Very warm welcoming. They had the fridge filled with the basci necessary items needed for the next day. Which was nice. Drinks milk bread etc. Fresh looking. Heated pool. The views are amazing. Beds are great, kitchen utensils all nice amd fresh. Would definitely recommend this villa.

As they have 2 villas. You won't get complete privacy when in your Garden and pool. Maybe they can do with something to cover the views from neighbours balcony.

Property was very clean and modern and Kostas made sure that there were ample supplies for cooking and cleaning. The outside area and pool were fantastic and the location was perfect for us. Pool was cleaned daily by Kostas and his daughters and he made sure that we had enough towels, toilet rolls, etc. Awesome view from the balcony and it was very peaceful through day and night. Town of Petriti was a short drive and had plenty of places to eat, plus a couple of mini-marts for getting shopping. Thank you Kostas and family for being a fantastic host and making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
