The living space setup with enough windows fro fresh air and light.
One suggestion for exhaust fan in washroom.. the open window was there for fresh air though

Beautiful valley views from the terrace. Peaceful location, away from the crowds, making it ideal for relaxation. Spacious, clean, and comfortable 1BHK family suites with a living area and kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who are frequently praised for their hospitality. Home-cooked food with vegetarian options available. Convenient location near Kandaghat Railway Station, with easy access to Shimla and Chail.
The property is on a hillside, so the approach may involve a steep natural stairs, which can be difficult for some old age traveler’s. Local taxi transport cost is high as compare to other hill station. A few guests felt some facilities were basic compared with hotels, as it's a homestay rather than a full-service resort.

Very comfortable stay. Clean and spacious room and overall good ambiance. The balcony view is real scenic. Staff were very helpful.
The only issue is the property is not located on the road. So if you carry small luggage then it’s fine to walk down otherwise you need to take the help of driver or hotel staff.
