There are only 3 oceanfront buildings at the Papakea. The "F" building is the only one that is away from the parking lots. So, you won’t hear any car noise, just the sound of the waves.

Great condo right on the ocean. Highly recommend. I typed a much longer and completely positive review that VRBO rejected because it was “ inaccurate “ , which it was not. Anyway, I loved this unit and would rent it again if we return to Maui.

Proximity to the water is awesome. The sound of the waves hitting the sea wall is relaxing. The sunset and ocean views were stunning.

had a great time here. Enjoyed the putting greens, pool, shuffleboard, closeness to ocean, watching breeching whales right out our window, etc. Very satisfied.
