Stayed here at Spring break for Rockport Market Days. Very convenient to everything, quiet, safe. More like a hotel room than what we expect in VRBO- meaning no kitchen area , just microwave, coffee, mini fridge. A few paper coffee cups, paper towels, kitchen towel, sponge, soap. Yet had to wash in bathroom sink. No utensils, no plates, etc. Bought a couple glasses at Goodwill. The fridge is a fridge, no ice or freezer. We ended up eating out , just used coffee pot and our glasses. Otherwise it is very comfortable , wifi, tv, fan worked great. Bed comfortable. Owner very responsive and assisted as needed.

The cottage was clean and provided coffee maker and coffee pods. Compared to others it was a little sparse in the little kitchen area. I had my fur baby with us. The grass had not been mowed and was past my ankle. In the morning with the dew, it was so wet. I didn’t want to use the cottage towels to dry my small dog so I used my t-shirt to dry him off. The queen bed was comfortable, but the spring mattress was noisy every time my husband turned. The dining area was very uncomfortable. A low cocktail table and metal chairs.You have to bend at the waist to eat. And last but not least, the one chair provided to watch TV. A barrel faux leather chair. Very uncomfortable. You seat in it and you slide. In order to have a nice comfortable stay these things must change. We will not stay in this room again. On the positive side the location is close to everything. You decide.
