Host was excellent at responding to our inquiries. Fenced Backyard was ideal for our German Shepard to play. Firepit was utilized several times & we were able to setup our projector/screen to watch Alabama Football & The World Series!

The home was comfortable and the yard was great for the dogs. The location is excellent, near everything. The patio needs work as it has uneven blocks which are a tripping hazard. And the broken and dirty statues in the back need attention. There wasn’t a lot of room for our stuff once you too off all the pillows and stuffed gnomes and bedspread and put it all in the one available closet. The host was very responsive.

The property manager Danielle was very fast with responses and has a cute home. The set up is a little weird. The second “bedroom” is an add on off the kitchen with a twin bed with a pull out twin for 2 beds. There’s another room off the kitchen that has the little water heater in it and a table but it was too small for anything but storage.
We did utilize the back entrance quite a bit and I would have enjoyed having a key or a keyless entry pad back there as well.
The kitchen was utilized but only one sheet pan and one pot for making meals.
I do think she should hire a new cleaning lady because it was pretty dirty in the house. We had to rewash the bedding because it stink like it sat in the washer wet to long and Was just thrown back on the bed. The front curtain was broken and you couldn’t close the blinds all the way because 6or7 of the plastic blinds just fell off. So we used a pillow to block the window so people couldn’t see in.
I understand I didn’t pay a bunch of money for a weeks stay but I wish it would have been cleaner.
