About this villa rental
Modern two bedroom villa with private saltwater infinity pool, full western kitchen, outdoor kitchen sala, two ponds and multiple outdoor terraces located on a working flower farm in Mae Rim. Elegant polished concrete villa juxtaposed against a lush, tropical farm setting, landscaped and smartly situated on 4 rai or 1.6 acres of land for privacy. The villa boasts 3.5m high ceilings, floor to ceiling sliding doors and contemporary Thai touches. Aprox 220 square meters or 2,370 square feet of air conditioned space.
The VIlla
Kitchen - Fully appointed western style kitchen with full size refrigerator, wine refrigerator, oven, six burner gas cooktop, vent hood, dishwasher, microwave and dual water filtration system. Large island countertop areas for meal preparation, dining and separate coffee & tea preparation area. All utensils and cooking implements included; plates and glassware as well. Small appliances include rice cooker, toaster, blender, air fryer and vacuum. There’s also a fresh vegetable garden just off the kitchen for you to enjoy seasonal vegetables
Dining - Large dining table comfortably accommodates six. Large open space between the kitchen and living room create the perfect environment for entertaining
Living - Leather sectional sofa with coffee table, end table and matching leather lounge chair create an inviting space. Open concept floor plan and ample lighting provides a space to truly relax in. Floor to ceiling sliding doors open the wall and lead to the outdoor sundecks, pool and ponds. Overhead ceiling fan and air conditioning help keep you cool in the space. There’s also a 60” swivel mounted television and wifi.
Master Bedroom - A wall of sliding doors opens this retreat to the adjacent sundeck and pool. A steel four-post california king sized bed, medium firmness with fresh linens and pillows. 50” wall mounted tv and sound bar, ceiling fan, air conditioning and air purifier help complete the space. Also a walk in closet with built in drawers and vanity area.
Ensuite Master Bathroom - Stone tile and natural river rock give a spa feel to this large, light filled space. Three sided glass enclosed shower with rainfall shower and adjustable hand held body spray. Large spa jacuzzi bathtub with 17 adjustable water jets, handheld spray and transparent tub side panels. Oversized vanity with modern sink; toilet with attached bidet. Fresh towels and linens, basic toiletries and cleaning products included for your stay
Guest Bedroom - Fresh linens and pillows over a western style queen sized mattress; medium firmness. Large floor to ceiling sliding doors with blackout curtains lead you to the pool, sundecks and ponds. Wake up refreshed to the tropical views. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, wall mounted 42” tv and large closets make this second bedroom feel like the master bedroom. There’s also an office desk and chair for any work needs.
Guest Bathroom - Glass shower enclosure with rainfall shower and adjustable hand held spray. Large vanity area with storage. Toilet and attached bidet. Fresh towels and linens, basic toiletries and cleaning products included for your stay
Laundry Room - front loading washing machine and dryer, drying rack, storage and iron with ironing board.
Outdoor Spaces
Saltwater infinity pool and three sun decks - Large 9m by 4m swimming pool with included maintenance and privacy landscaping provides a leisure day anytime you’d like. Over 150 sqm of sundecks with lounge chairs, outdoor dining tables with umbrellas and a private yard surrounded on two sides by two ponds with fountains complete this outdoor haven. You’ll also find two additional sundecks, one by the large pond with seating area and one at the rear of the villa.
Kitchen Sala - Located next to the villa and overlooking the rose garden is the outdoor kitchen and dining sala. This space included a full sized refrigerator, three door gas smoker, five burner gas grill, two burner gas cooktop, outdoor sink and air cooler/evaporator. A dining table for eight makes this the perfect outdoor space. Theres also a goldfish pond and hammock adjacent to the sala.
Vegetable Garden - Located just off the villa’s main kitchen, you’ll find kale, lettuce and other seasonal vegetables growing for your enjoyment.
The Farm - Located in Mae Rim, our working edible flower farm is inclusive of five greenhouses, two fish filled ponds, mature landscaping and plenty of room to explore over four rai of natural surroundings. Edible flowers, roses, blackberries, micro greens, papaya, lime, lemon, avocado, plum, jackfruit and others are grown seasonally on the farm.
Transportation
Included motorbike for your stay. 125cc engine type motorbike with two helmets. Be sure you’re in compliance with local Thai laws and are properly licensed; all responsibilities are assumed by renter. Taxis, Grab app and other local transit also available

We felt very at home here and being from Canada, this house has many amenities that I knew and was able to use. Examples are bbq, smoker, coffee maker, toaster oven, washer and dryer, etc. The property is very beautiful and the host was very friendly. The only issue I could see for a family is the pool is very deep for small children. There is a very shallow area but it is only 4”(50mm) deep
The use of a scooter was necessary as most everything is a drive away except the grocery store is quite close. But if you chose to have a car, there was plenty of parking inside a gated parking area.
