About this house rental
As one of the most accommodating houses in Edgartown, you will surely want to extend your stay! Situated in Katama, the house is professionally landscaped with luscious vegetation of Leyland cypress, hydrangeas, and various other plants providing both beauty and privacy. The large backyard is ideal to host many evenings of outdoor fun with the family. There is a large 38' x 18' heated pool, outdoor shower, and plenty of green space for playing, or just hanging out.
If you are looking for a retreat, look no further! This house can accommodate large groups, up to a party of 10. Vacationing couples and/or multi-families will enjoy the conveniences that this house has to offer.
Our Four Master Suites: Each large bedroom is equipped with king size bed, large screen television, and an en-suite bathroom.
Master Suite 1: On the first floor, this bedroom features a walk-in closet and large bath with double sinks, shower and jetted tub.
Master Suite 2: Up its own private stairway, this bedroom features a private balcony, walk-in closet and large bath with double sinks, shower and jetted tub.
Master Suite 3: On the second floor, this bedroom features a walk-in closet and large bath with double sinks and very large shower.
Master Suite 4: On the second floor, this bedroom features both a king bed and 2 built-in bunk beds. The bath has a single sink and shower/tub.
Take your pick, but all the bedrooms here are just lovely!!!

The kitchen is well equipped for anyone planning to make a
fantastic family meal or just a simple barbecue.
Refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, 2 large outside grills, pots, pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, utensils etc... are all provided.
Dine either inside or on the screened porch; both with seating for 12.
Linens, bath towels, beach towels, chairs, coolers are provided

We had a wonderful stay! The house comfortably fit my family of four (2 kids - 6 and 9) along with my in-laws. From the start, the communication was fantastic. Shasha met us at the house to give us the keys and provide a few instructions. The house is in a great location and we were able to bike to the beach. It’s also a short drive to Edgartown (less than 10 mins). The pool was lovely and the kids enjoyed it everyday. Highly recommend this place!

Had the whole family down for my 60th. My wife, 2 sons, 1 daughter in law, one girlfriend and last and certainly not least, my grandson. This place is fabulous. Bruce met us at the house when we arrived, gave us some quick instructions on how things worked and left us to fend for ourselves. This house is well equipped with everything you need for the pool or beach. Great dining areas inside and out on the screened in porch. Kitchen is great to work in. You will sleep comfortably in a large king bed with a private suite in every Bedroom. We will certainly be returning in 2025.
