Enjoy ample natural light from oversized windows and high ceilings that provide stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen features top-of-the-line amenities, including a Carrara marble breakfast bar, wine cooler, and dishwasher. The fully renovated boutique walk-up has a video intercom system, sleek lobby, and easy access to a fully furnished rooftop deck. The unit entry is from a shared stairwell and corridor with three other units in the building. Notably, the third bedroom is well-lit and has a dedicated thermostat for temperature controls, but does not have a window in the room.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

This fully renovated boutique walk-up features a video intercom system allowing for guests to be buzzed in from the apartment, a sleek lobby and easy access to the fully furnished rooftop deck. Unit entry is from a shared stairwell and corridor with the 3 other units in the building.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Lenox Hill section of the Upper East Side this fantastic home is just a stone's throw away from Central Park, world-class shopping and some of the best fine dining and nightlife Manhattan has to offer. The N, Q, R, W, F & 6 Trains are all a short walk away from your front door! This home is also directly across the street from an Equinox gym.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Note there are two levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

This property is roomy and clean. The prime location of the apartment was perfect for taking the dogs on a walk every morning in Central Park. You have two subway stations very close for easy navigation through out Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens and countless restaurants steps from your front door. You also have access to a roof top lounge area with table and chairs to enjoy a meal or an evening cocktail.
The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, three baths, fully stocked with cleaning supplies, toiletries and Nespreso pods.
Management was easy to reach and would respond in minutes via text about any questions or issues.
We will definitely be back.
