About this apartment rental

Accommodation with secure swimming pool reserved for the residence, 1 bedroom, living/dining area, air conditioning in the room (included in the price only in the summer season from 1 October to 30 April), wifi, secure parking with automatic gate, ceiling fans, mosquito nets on the windows, 1st floor, personal washing machine, Tv with French channels and others, terrace, recent and quiet area, Access to the fine sandy beach of Trou aux Biches in a few minutes and on the way to the Popo supermarket.
An additional 5 euros per night will be requested on site upon arrival in case of request for air conditioning during the winter period (from June 1st to September 30th).
Following the law passed by the Mauritian government, a tourist tax of 3 euros per night and per person + 12 years old is mandatory from October 1, 2025 and will be requested on site in order to be paid to the service concerned.
