About this villa rental
This spacious, fully renovated luxury villa offers plenty of space and privacy in a quiet setting for 8 people, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Porto Vecchio toward Palombaggia Beach. The villa has direct access to the sea (where you can swim) and a mooring for your boat is available.
Behind the gate, you’ll enter “Villa PY” through the “front garden.” Lined with palm trees and majestic trees, you’ll discover the L-shaped architecture of the house, clad in local dry-stone walls and topped with a roof of rounded tiles.
- All rooms are air-conditioned.
Three of the four bedrooms have ocean views and are all air-conditioned and equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower and toilet
The large living area offers a relaxed space of approximately 60 m² centered around an open kitchen, the ground-level pool, and the leisure area.
Its goal is to provide a highly functional, friendly, and family-oriented space where everyone can come together to enjoy a sunny vacation without any inconvenience or constraints.
The little ones swim and play in the water under the watchful eye of the older ones.
Some prepare meals, others watch TV on a large flat-screen or check their messages online, and still others can start a board game in a small, secluded living room.
The indoor and outdoor spaces (lower terrace) are largely connected by three floor-to-ceiling windows that let the sun stream in until nightfall, thanks to the property’s west-facing orientation. A porthole evokes a maritime atmosphere.
An indoor dining room will allow those who shy away from the midday sun to still enjoy the festive atmosphere.
The decor is understated and contemporary.
