About this house rental
Modern well appointed 5* lodge with private hot tub and lakeside view on family spa resort near Padstow / Newquay. Free access to leisure club (indoor heated pool, sauna, steam & gym). On-site restaurant, bar & watersport activities.
Ideal for exploring Cornwall, 10-15 minutes to fantastic beaches, local attractions and dining experiences. Centrally located you are within an hour of most of Cornwalls famous landmarks. Great for couples and families with children who want a self catering base.
The space
Light and airy lodge with open plan kitchen and family area, separate upstairs lounge with flat screen TV and table football. Free wifi. Fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and microwave. Utility area with washer-dryer, iron, ironing board and airer.
Wheelchair access to two ground floor bedrooms, wet room/WC, kitchen diner.
Four double bedrooms (two en-suite), which can be arranged as super king or twin, all with solid oak furniture. Linen provided is high quality Egyptian cotton,
High spec Villeroy & Boch bathrooms throughout. Ground floor limestone wet room with large rain shower plus two upstairs en-suite showrooms, one with jacuzzi bath. Large bathsheets, hand towels and robes.
Fully catering for families, we provide a travel cot, high chair and retractable stairgates top and bottom.
Private decked area to rear over looking the lake with 6 seater hot tub, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ.
**Please note we ask all guests to bring their own towels for the hot tub, pool and beach. The white towels provided are for use inside of the lodge only**
