Es un apartamento muy completo, piensan en todo! Puedes cocinar, ha varias cobijas para el frío, todo muy limpio. Está muy cerca del parque principal y lugares de interés.

Excelente apartamento, limpieza y ubicación, la verdad el apartamento muy cómodo amplio fresco y tranquilo

Arreglar la entrada para parquear el carro si pueden dar tierra para que no patine el carro al salir en reversa sólo un sector sería lo ideal pues me costó un poco por q una de la llantas patinaba al salir pero de resto perfecto

El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, frente al edificio hay naturaleza, total tranquilidad y seguridad.

Jericó al ser un municipio montañoso, sus calles son muy empinadas y el apartamento está a 4 cuadras del parque pero son calles empinadas y difucultuosas para personas de avanzada edad.

It was a nice apartment layout. Nice balconies. Shower worked well. Jerico is an amazing town. The apartment itself was nice on the surface.

Toxic smells in the apartment from wood staining and paint perhaps but also perhaps gases from the septic- not too bad, but we are sensitive and for the price it seemed WAY overpriced considering these elements. Perhaps some of these aspects will fade over time. Seemed to be very cheap construction. Very loud anytime someone turned on water in the building. Smells in the bathroom probably from improperly installed septic system. The road to park was very bad, short walk though so not so bad in that way. When we were there there was construction starting at 630am with trucks going by the apartment very often, this in addition to loud water sounds from the construction made sleep almost impossible in the early morning. We were quite annoyed that this property was rated 9.8 which didn't make any sense based on our experience. If it was rated about 8.0 or so, then we wouldn't have been as disappointed. I expect everything to be in perfect condition with no toxic smells and no invasive noises, especially early in the morning. It is obviously not the fault of the property that there is adjacent construction, however when we called before making the reservation they said it is very quiet. This is true when no one is moving around in another apartment, using water in another apartment and/or the construction is not happening. At around 630am all this started and we couldn't sleep after arriving late. The price was almost double of similar places we've stayed in Colombian towns with much less issues.
