I was there last week (Aug 2023), with my family. We have reserve this apartment in last minute. Owner came for us at the car station so we didn't have problem to find them, and it was his suggestion. Parking is very big. Your are almost alone in house, apartment is at the ground floor. Everything was very clean - 10, we have everything we need. Furniture is new, modern. Bathroom and kitchen are very comfortable. Everything was excellent.

It is better alive than on booking.

Exceptional

Very nice and comfortable apartment, good furnished, with everything that you need for short or long living. Situated on the first floor of two stories house (second floor is for owner’s family). when is a good weather you can relax on the big terrace and have a grill. Also there is a parking place for the car near the house. House is around 5 minutes walking down the mountain to the nice beach (return way is a little bit longer) and walking promenade with cafes that lead you to the centre of Bar. Separately I would like to mention owner of this apartment and his family, they are superb and friendly, and very hostage and kind. At the first day our host took me to the Bar and showed me where everything was. Also if you need something he is near to help. We spent here very nice several days, if we had a possibility and time we’d stay longer and, for sure, we will choose this apartment when we will be in Bar next time.

Erholung pur in Montenegro an der Adria dazu in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung.

Unsere Reisezeit war Anfang Juni 2025. Wir sind mit dem Nachtzug Lovcen von Belgrad nach Bar gefahren. Noch immer beeindruckt von der wunderschönen Landschaft der Zugreise, haben wir unsere Unterkunft aufgesucht, welche wir natürlich per Taxi viel zu früh erreichten. Wir haben uns trotzdem getraut zu klingeln, um vielleicht schon das Gepäck abstellen zu können. Pajo, unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, das Gepäck abgenommen und nachdem wir am Meer gefrühstückt hatten, durften wir auch schon bald in die Ferienwohnung. Diese hat einen separaten Treppenaufgang, war super modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber und es fehlte wirklich nichts, für die Kaffeemaschine stand Kaffee zur Verfügung, im Kühlschrank gab es gekühlte Getränke. Der Balkon ermöglichte einen schönen Blick in die Bergwelt und auf das Meer, welches in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnte. Für kleine Einkäufe gab es gleich um die Ecke eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, für uns völlig ausreichend. Pajo stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung und hat uns, da wir kein Auto dabeihatten, zur historischen Altstadt Bar gefahren. Sehr überrascht waren wir, als er am über 2200 Jahre alten Olivenbaum anhielt und uns zur Besichtigung einlud. Während der Autofahrt erzählte er viel über Land und Leute. Am Abreisetag brachte er uns sogar zum Bahnhof. Ein wirklich sehr netter Gastgeber, der Netteste unserer Balkanreise. Wenn wir erneut nach Bar reisen, werden wir diese Ferienwohnung sehr gern wieder aufsuchen.

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Doskonała lokalizacja, obiekt wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Dobrej jakości wyposażenie i wykończenie. Dbający i troskliwy właściciel, z którym jest bardzo dobry kontakt. Niczego nie brakowało podczas pobytu. Polecam!

Двухэтажный дом, отдельно сдается каждый этаж, с отдельными входами на 1 и на 2 этаж. Площадь первого этажа около 100 м2, куда входят кухня-столовая-гостиная, санузел, спальня с огромной кроватью кинг-сайз с удобным матрасом и оооочень вместительным шкафом-купе. Выход на террасу со столиком и зонтом. Кухня полностью оборудована всем необходимым: сковородка, кастрюли, миски для салата, столовые приборы, чашки, бокалы для вина, огромный холодильник, варочная панель, духовка, много шкафов. В ванной душевая кабина, умывальник, унитаз, полотенцесушитель. Много места в санузле, есть окошко. В гостиной 2 дивана и огромный телевизор с кучей каналов. Есть хороший интернет по вай-фай. В спальне и гостиной имеются кондиционеры. Бронировали апартаменты на 11 ночей с семьей. Остались очень довольны. Хотим вернуться снова. Пайо очень отзывчивый и радушный хозяин, сделавший все, чтоб наше пребывание не омрачалось ни чем, за что ему огромное спасибо! Отдельно хочется упомянуть приветственный ужин, который они готовят для гостей, кто останавливается надолго. Максимально рекомендую это место тем, кто любит тихие нетусовочные места, море и великолепный сервис.

Гости из соседних по улице домов могут быть шумноваты. До моря 5 минут пешком, единственный минус - обратная дорога наверх)) Но это Черногория, надо быть готовым. Небольшой фитнес только на пользу.
