I'll never forget my recent stay at this property. Just two days ago, on 15th August, I had checked out, and while my experience was largely positive, I had mentioned some issues in my review - the room wasn't as clean as I had hoped, the bed sheets could've been fresher, and there weren't enough mobile charging points. I wasn't expecting much, thinking it was just another guest's feedback lost in the void. But then, I received a message from the property owner, and what they did next left me speechless. Not only had they addressed all the issues I mentioned, but they had also gone above and beyond by installing new charging points beside each bed in the dorm! I mean, who does that? It showed me that they genuinely cared about their guests' experiences and were committed to continuous improvement. What struck me most was the speed at which they acted. Just two days after my review, and they'd already made significant changes. It's clear that they value feedback and are dedicated to providing the best possible stay for their guests. This small act of kindness and dedication to excellence has earned them a loyal customer in me. I'll definitely be back, and I'll be sure to recommend them to everyone I know. It's property owners like these who remind us that there are still good people in this world who genuinely care about others.

Honestly, initially, I had some issues with the cleanliness and lack of mobile charging points.
