The location is really great, in 1-2 minutes you are in a bakery or shop and you can buy fresh goodies. You can also reach the center or the nearest beach within 3 minutes. At the same time, it was not noisy here at night. I was missing a few small things in the equipment, but the houselady willingly brought it to me. Good private parking.
WiFi in our apartment only worked in the bedroom. The sofa bed was not completely flat when unfolded. The sofa bed is near the fridge, which is quite noisy when the "compressor" turns on - it woke me up a few times, then I got used to it.
