Did not understang that we had to wake up key pad, but was able to get a hold of staff to help us right away. All made since and had no issues with entrying after that. Bed, couch comfortable, kitchen clean and all tools there we needed.
The towels, not enough and had brown spots. Bed sheets felt like they were old. Toilet paper was rough and poor quality. Shower curtain needed to be lower, water on bathroom floor.
