It was an outstanding experience to stay at such an amazing place, it was comfy, clean, in excellent location with high level of security, Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Alnashwan for his extensive support and cooperation.

Check-out time needs more flexibility, it's good to be re-evaluated..thanks

in the middle of New Abha, close to attractions. Has a wonderful views through balconies with fresh air. Also has all the facilities needed to make your stay comfortable. Very clean place and has an excellent insulation for cold and hot weather. It has its own shaded parking for 2cars Also the owner is trying his best to make your stay unforgettable. I recommend this place for all those people seeking clearing their minds in a quiet area. All the fancy and known restaurants are around you. Also it is located in well secured place. You shall be responsible for all the facilities as it is luxurious and fragile and to leave the place as beautiful as you checked in. I want to thank Mr.Mohammed (the owner) for all the efforts he provided during our stay. Finally, for sure we will have another visits to that extraordinary villa.

الموقع والاطلالة جيدة ، تجهيزات المطبخ جيدة ، الحارس المسئول متعاون واحضر لنا 3 دفايات . الادارة ارسلوا لي رسالة واتس قبل الوصول بالموقع واجراءات الدخول . الحراسة ونظام الدخول على البوابات. وجود موقف خاص بمظلة . عدم الاستجابة للاستفسارات قبل الحجز.

الاثاث قديم وبعض الاسرة مكسورة وغير مريحة. الاسرة المزوجة صغيرة . عدد الاسرة غير مطابق للمعروض . الدواليب مكسرة . الموكيت قديم . الدرج للدور العلوي متعب جدا لكبار السن. لا توجد غسالة ملابس. الاصرار على دفع تأمين 500 ريال رغم ان التطبيق يكفل لهم حقوقهم. الاصرار على الحصول على صورة هوية كل فرد بالعائلة ورقم جواله المسجل في ابشر ( طلب غريب وغير قانوني ) ولكني لم اوافق على ذلك.
