Downtown Homestay

Fantastic place. Hosts was super attentive and had great communication. Very clean and comfortable facilities.

The air con was in the hall not the bedroom, at least for our room.

The location is great - just adjacent to the victory square and malls. Ala Too square is walking distance. Above all, the host/ owner was very nice and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. So I book for 5 people. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She provided useful information about the weather, the city, restaurants, transportation, and even helped me book a bus ticket that could only be paid through a Kyrgyz bank account, which I truly appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom was also spotless and smelled fresh, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and services. Overall, everything was great, and the guesthouse offers excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only minor challenge was carrying luggage to the room, as it is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to all the positives.

It was clean. Atmosphere was open and friendly. Good to meet people. Its very good located.

The only double room ( which is super tiny and bery basic and cheap equipped) is next to the common kitchen. So it is very loud until late. Also it is not possible to lock the door of the room, because the owner does not have a key. Actually the Hostel in just a small three room apartment. In one of the three rooms lives the owner. There is no privacy. With 25€ per night its very overpriced.
