Quaint, comfortable, convenient and peaceful. It was well furnished meeting all our needs. The owner was easy to communicate with and we had such a great stay! We loved the cafe next door as well!

We had a last minute change of plans and were afraid we wouldn’t be able to come and visit our grandson. I found this vrbo and they were able to accommodate the 2 of us and our dog. Great place, everything you could need. Great restaurant right in front. All in all, they saved our Christmas.

Honestly, the place is even cuter than the photos make it appear. Clean, quiet, really nicely done and dog friendly. The fenced back patio is quite nice and I appreciated the black forest wood writing desk. When they say the café is steps away, they literally mean steps, and the food is terrific. There’s also a post office with General store items across the street as well as a small winery with tastings. Easy access to Northeast Colorado Springs and everything it offers. The views are incredible.
Do note that it feels fairly secluded at night. Personally, I enjoyed that, but if it’s a thing that makes you nervous, do be aware.

Very nice place. Dirt on right side of fridge. No antibacterial for dishes - not good! No large bath towel (thankfully I brought mine). "I think" that is a filter in the bathroom fan - not sure. Need reading lamp for the bed area. There was a rubber (yes) by my car when I got up one morning - that back fence could let anyone thru.
