Renovated 38m² duplex apartment for 6 people, located on the 3rd floor of the Aiguille Grive 3 residence, facing east with a balcony. Views of the slopes and Mont Blanc.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a pull-out bed, and a flat-screen TV.

The mezzanine is partially enclosed, with a sleeping alcove containing two bunk beds and a semi-enclosed bedroom with two single beds. The upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

The bathroom with toilet is upstairs, and there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a conventional oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.
The apartment is non-smoking.
