Amazing location, skipping distance to Margaritaville, The Whale, and the white sands of Fort Myers Beach. Palermo Paradise is perfect for your next Fort Myers Beach getaway! Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom and guest room both feature a queen size bed. There is a sleeper sofa available in the living room as well. The bathrooms feature a shared shower with separate toilets and sinks. Enjoy a living area and full kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks during your stay. You will also find the washer/dryer in the garage available for use during your stay. Enjoy the outdoors and grilling on the large patio area! This home is located on a canal but dockage is currently not available. STR#19-0756

House was clean no issues with accessing the property, found it clean, did have some difficulties with lights and fans no real instructions on how to operate or which light switch controlled what, the ceiling light and fan in the living room was not operational the remote didn't work, also was not satisfied with the Television selection very limited selection only old movies or shows.
Property was in a great location very close to the beach.
After checking I found that we could have stayed at Margaritaville for less with more amenities and features that worked properly, would I suggest this to friends YES, would I come back YES with a few improvements.

Great progress has been done on rebuilding this rental. Lot more work is needed! AC/Heat not working, dishwasher not working, Hot Water Heater not working. We also went through hurricane Ian so our short 3 night stay was doable with these inconviences. LOCATION was are objective and that was Great! 3 Stars is the best rating at this point in time.
