The location was perfect for our reason for visiting Sydney. Public transport was right outside the front of the property and location to restaurants and eateries was great. Proximity to Central Station was also an advantage
The unit was a little tired in its appearance and would benefit from a fresh paint and some attention to some of the floor coverings to make it more appealing. General maintenance to the apartment was also required

Hotel has a good location easy access to everything.
Only thing doesn’t provide a parking space even have a discount for the parking area nearby.

Excellent location, spacious apartment.
Everything was slightly dirty and run down. The walls were extremely thin, so everything could be heard in all rooms throughout the apartment, including from outside the apartment itself.

Location was great and so was the fact that both bedrooms had queen beds and a separate bathroom for each.
Lack of cleanliness. The apartment is dated/tired looking and was dirty. The entire apartment needs a proper clean including the walls and grout (mouldy) and new cutlery and crockery is needed as it is stained and old. New dish cloths and full rolls of toilet paper (not half used rolls!) should be supplied. The outdoor furniture needs a decent wipe down before guests arrive.
