The location, space and layout.
Safety and security. Not been able to secure the villa from the street, lock up and store items.
We had one villa with a cold shower, no running water our last day and people received electric shocks from appliances.

Unique and fantastic in every way! The view, the food at Sandy Bay beach club, the social areas and the pool was just lovely. Such a relaxing and beautiful place. Perfect for some family’s to share.
The only thing we missed was mosquito nets over beds and it was not possible to swim in the ocean but the beach was beautiful and fantastic any way.

The location and the views are stunning.
We have stayed in Nusa Lembongan and in the Sandy Bay area on many occasions over the years, and we're looking forward to taking family from the UK here. However, we were disappointed in the accommodation compared to other places we have stayed.
- No welcome drinks, etc.
- No tour of the villa
- No welcome pack/ recommendations for restaurants/ drivers/ tours, etc.
-We booked for 10 people, and only 8 towels were provided. Towels weren't replaced until requested. Towels would not dry due to moisture in the air.
-Wifi didn't reach the back rooms.
-We knew there was no breakfast included.(unusual for accommodation in Lembongan).However, the villa manager arranged for a chef to come in, and this was the worst breakfast we have ever received on our travels. The chef was more interested in collecting his money and disappearing. Food was of poor quality. Drinks weren't made as requested. When asked for these that were brought in dirty cups.
-All furnishings required maintenance.
- we had to request for the pool lights to be turned on after dark to be able to swim.
-We use sensatia products in our home in Bali. These bottles were clearly filled with cheaper shampoos and soaps.
-1 Sunbed only.
Overall, we do not feel this villa was good value for money. The location is all you are paying for.
We certainly wouldn't stay here again or recommend the cabins to others.
The 2 villas next to us received constant maintenance of their properties. Sand raked, leaved picked up, etc. Although these things aren't massively important, it would be nice to have seen the same level of care shown to the cabins.
