Place was duly clean and tidy with AC, fan, kettle, hot water, shampoo/soap and drinking water provided. Kitchen did not work for some reason, but very good bartender offered us sweet iced latte which was great. Lots of different cafes and restaurants might be found nearby, and most delicious homemade lassi is served as takeouts at Tirupati's Cashew - neighbouring shop 💖👍
Superior Double Room has a nice balcony with a sea view as well as absolutely gorgeous sunrise view with boats in the sun road.
Pool was not clean.
Super strong internet connection was promised at booking stage, however it's not the case - wi-fi is on and off, internet is not stable and not strong at all.

The location, ambience (decoration & plantation), swimming pool, the ocean view and the typical architecture of the country house is really awesome. Staffs in reception are polite, good and fluent in Hindi and English. However, a caution for the elderly people as several stairs are there in this house to reach the room.
The room service and service staffs are not always available. I was surprised about the timing of the eatery. I observed peoples are there for making food, tables are present for dine, but food was not available to us (probably timing was not matching with us). I used to leave hotel at 9:30 AM and again back to 6 PM. The bed is not at all comfortable (Spring Bed Mattress) and need to be replaced by some comfortable mattresses.

Location, but the beach nearby is not for swimming.
A lot of mosquitoes, but no net (luckily I had my own), repeatedly no water, two rooms were very humid and smelly by mold, payment needed to be in cash so have big amount prepared (international cards not accepted). Breakfast is very symbolic. Bar was not open. Pool was not clean.
