Superb

Wonderful location and beautiful view from the terrace. The appliances and house is completely new and well maintained. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking available. The host is kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this beautiful venue especially for a family vacation.

A beautiful house, designed to a high standard, with every detail thought of: beautiful and spacious rooms, huge windows with a stunning view, huge garden and cozy outdoor seating, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious shower, heating of the whole house, including the floor and much more

C'est vraiment une maison haut de gamme, très belle et très bien équipée. Le confort et la vue sont exceptionnels. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs et toujours disponibles, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci !

וילה מהממת ביופיה, חדשה, ענקית, מעוצבת בטוב טעם. נוף עוצר נשימה.

יש בעייה של זרימת מים, אך לא פגע בחוויה. ממליצה לדאוג לעוד מזגנים בחדרים לימים החמים מאוד...בחדר למטה שאין בו מזגן ולעליית גג שהמזגן לא מספיק.

מושלם לנופש של משפחה

הדירה גדולה ומרווחת, נקיה ממש! המטבח נוח, מרפסת כיפית. יש מדיח כלים, יש מכונת כביסה, ממש נוח לשהות של משפחה. היינו 5 לילות, זוג עם 5 ילדים מגיל 8 עד 19. היה מצוין!

הג'קוזי לא עבד ממש טוב. הוילה קצת מבודדת. יש בזה יתרון ויש בזה גם חסרון. אבל למרות זאת אהבנו ממש:)

Het comfort en gastvrije ontvangst , middels een paasbrood en fles wijn. Zeer schoon, prachtig huis met schitterend uitzicht. Mooi en comfortabel interieur.

בית גדול , מתוקתק, נקי מסודר, עיצוב מודרני ,חשיבה על כל פרט ופרט , לוקיישן בכפר קטן ופסטוראלי 10 דק מיואנינה ממוצע של 40 דקות מכפרי זגוריה, מתאים מאוד למשפחות , אנחנו היינו 5 מבוגרים והיה מצויין הבית מאפשר גם מרחב וגם את הביחד. מארחים לבביים ומקסימים חיכו לנו בזרועות פתוחות ולב רחב השאירו לנו כל מיני הפתעות במקרר . ודאגו לכל מחסורנו במהלך השהות. ממליצים מאוד !

Ωραία τοποθεσία, έξω από τα Ιωάννινα σε μια βουνοπλαγιά στο χωριό Κρύα. Μέσα στη φύση και την απόλυτη ησυχία. Ένα σπίτι με απίστευτη επίπλωση, σωστή διαρρύθμιση χώρου και μοντέρνα γραμμή. Δεν θα σας λείψει τίποτα...μέχρι και βασικά προϊόντα υπήρχαν στο σπίτι όπως τυρί, γαλοπούλα, χυμός, ελληνικός καφές, ένα μπουκάλι κρασί, ένα πακέτο με γλυκά από ζαχαροπλαστείο (δώρο από τους οικοδεσπότες) κ.α. Νιώθεις από το πρώτο λεπτό σαν στο σπίτι σου. Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε με τίποτα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Highlight ήταν κάθε βράδυ το αναμμένο μας τζάκι. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψω κάποια στιγμή πάλι. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια για αυτό το πανέμορφο σπίτι, που φτιάχτηκε με τόσο γούστο και αγάπη. Υ.Γ. Μέχρι και επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια είχε στο κατάλυμα. Απίστευτο.

Ας μη γελιόμαστε. Δεν υπάρχουν αρνητικά.

Séjour extraordinaire , à conseiller vivement !

Nous avons apprécié les cadeaux d'arrivée et de mi-séjour ( alcools locaux , pâtisseries au miel , figues , oeufs frais ,...) , les denrées fournies , la modernité , le confort et l'espace de la villa , l'équipement bien fourni , la terrasse abritée , la vue dégagée sur IOANNINA , le tumulus de PERAMA , le lac , les montagnes , la plaine agricole , l'emplacement ( une petite heure de route jusqu'aux ZAGORIAS ou DODONI , 15 minutes pour IOANNINA et le super marché d'ELEOUSSA ) .

Le jardin est en devenir . Un micro-ondes pourrait être utile , ainsi qu'une notice en anglais pour la machine à laver .
