Camere da letto grandi. Bagno un pò piccolo. Per raggiungere la spiaggia di Pietre Nere c'è una passeggiata di 10 min, fattibile. Spiaggia bella, con diversi lidi e anche libera.
Presenza di piccioni rumorosi che hanno impedito l'apertura delle tapparelle in cucina e bagno. Infissi poco funzionali. Padelle da rinnovare. Solo un piccolo negozio di alimentari nelle vicinanze.
