The host is helpful, easy and prompt communication.
Very clean, the building is new, it has a nice peaceful terrace.

The location. Is really far for the beach, for the clubs, for everything. 30min walk. During the day is ok, but at night we (two girls) were not feeling comfortable to walk from the club to the accommodation. Finding a cab was a pain as they wouldn't want to pick us as it was a 5 min drive.
