Location was fantastic. View of the bay and having ferry service within walking distance was fantastic. I loved sitting watching the sun rise or set while the ferries traveled back and forth.
During hot weather the apartment heats up quite a bit - even with blinds closed and AC units running. Moving fans around, opening windows in our return, etc helped. There is an occasional sewer smell from the bathtub drain. Once we figured it out, closing the drain when not in use fixed the issue.
