Nonostante manchi un ascensore, l'appartamento è funzionale dotato anche di lavatrice,da poterci vivere, insomma . Insonorizzato . Il quartiere è tranquillo. È necessaria l'auto (Atene è caotica da guidare ) in quanto altri mezzi sono parecchio distanti da raggiungere a piedi ma in 5 minuti d'auto si raggiunge una stazione metro. Per le nostre esigenze è stato utile.

Πολύ κεντρικά , κοντά στην Καβάλας και κοντά σε καφέ και εστιατόρια . Καθαρός και προσεγμένος χώρος . Φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό .
Λίγος θόρυβος από τα γύρω συνεργεία και δρόμους . Θα μπορούσε να είναι και ελάχιστα φθηνότερο , χωρίς όμως αυτό να σημαίνει πως είναι ακριβό .

Ένα από τα καλύτερα διαμερίσματα που έχω μείνει στην Αθήνα, άνετο, ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, με πλήρη εξοπλισμό και ότι χρειάστηκα, τριών ειδών μηχανές καφέ, κρασί και σνακς, εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης πρόθυμος για ότι χρειαζόμουν!!! Θα το επισκεφτώ σίγουρα ξανά!!!
