Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko uzdrowiska, parę kroków do sklepu a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Osobny pokoik dla dzieciaków daje komfort dla wszystkich, a i wyposażenie w meble pozwala na schowanie wszystkiego co potrzeba do szafek. Wewnątrz czysto i po prostu ładnie.
Wszystko było ok. Sporo wyposażenia. Zadbano o różne drobiazgi jak kawa, herbata czy sól albo kilka rolek papieru na zapas. ;-)

W apartamencie wszystko było w porządku. Wystrój i estetyka przemyślane, przytulne, jednolite w całym apartamencie. Miłe zaskoczenie - ogrzewanie podłogowe! W listopadzie przy niekorzystnej aurze przyjemnie stopę postawić na ciepłej podłodze.
Wygląd podwórza i klatki schodowej jest niezbyt przyjemny, ale rozumiem, że nie są to rzeczy, za które odpowiada właściciel mieszkania w kamienicy. Jednakże dla osób zwracających uwagę na estetykę otoczenia może to być czynnik niekorzystny. W samym mieszkaniu warto byłoby dodać choćby mały stolik kawowy w salonie.

Miejsce spełniło nasze potrzeby. Apartament urządzony ze smakiem. Sporo miejsca przy dwóch osobach - osobny salon i sypialnia. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, więc można samodzielnie przyrządzić posiłek. Plus za ekspres do kawy. Wyposażenie całego mieszkania ogólnie na duży plus. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Przy niższych temperaturach za oknem, ogrzewanie podłogowe może być niewystarczające. Nie czepiam się przesadnie i to raczej pomniejsza uwaga, ale przydałoby się już lekkie malowanie mieszkania.
