Diana de l'agence nous a très bien reçus, très aimable et dévouée. Appartement fonctionnel et très bien rénové. Situation un peu à l'écart du centre tout en restant proche des commodités, magasins, autobus.
Serrures d'entrée un peu gripées (usure),- matelas un peu défoncés ,- mode d'emploi pour la télévision presque inutilisable (aucunes chaînes) juste youtube et google pour voir des vidéos d'internet - manque un petit chauffage dans la salle de bains

Great location - only a 3 min walk down to the main square and beach - all restaurants and bars and supermarket here too. great Aircon in apartment. Spotlessly clean. Only newly renovated - everything brand new. Up on the 4th floor however the lift is there to get u up and down, easy peasy - no balcony, however 10 seconds down the hall is the roof terrace with top views. Kateryna is very easy to deal with - lots of communication via what's app for handiness. 10 out of 10
