I liked everything except for one thing.

Close to downtown. Clean. Beds comfy. Staff friendly.
Breakfast was cold cuts and cheese. Hardboiled eggs would be nice.

It was clean, tidy, the rooms were fine and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Medina, the girl at reception who greeted us when we arrived was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend her. However, the chap who was on duty in reception the next morning was just the opposite. He could not speak a word of English and despite being a big strong build, he point blank refused to help my parents and I with our very heavy luggage, which left a bad taste in our mouths. In fact, his whole attitude at breakfast and beyond was rude and unhelpful.
It is a new hotel and it was surprising to see how little thought that went into the design when considering customers with heavy luggage. Lack of ramps and lack of lifts was a huge obstacle/aggravation.
