Everything is perfect, you basically have everything you need in the apartment. Home appliances are ready to use including an air-fryer which quite surprises me. Rooms are clean and the interior is modern. Super close to the beach side which is a huge bonus. The neighborhood is also really quiet and I had good sleep.

Wyposażenie obiektu, wystrój, udogodnienia chociaż byliśmy tylko na dwie noce ale śmiało można by tam spędzić cały tydzień a nawet dłużej

Krasne ubytovani blizko plaze

Skvela poloha blizko plaze a promenady, v dosahu rada restauraci, obchodu i pujcovna kol. Uzasna piscita plaz, skvela cyklostezka, vyzkouseli jsme ji smerem do Nemecka. Blizko ruzna detska hriste, ktera jsme hojne vyuzili. Zajimave muzeum lodi, majak, Andelska pevnost, pristav. Majitelka ochotna, vstricna, komunikativni. Ubytovani utulne a moc hezky vybavene.

Ucpany odtok ve sprchovem koute, po prvnim sprchovani byla kvuli tomu v koupelne potopa.Vycistili jsme si ho, pak uz to bylo v poradku.

Udany pobyt, miejsce godne polecenia.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicho, mało samochodów, niedaleko morza. Dostępne miejsce parkingowe na terenie posesji. Apartament bardzo ładnie urządzony, dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką apartamentu; słodka niespodzianka na przywitanie.

Wir hatten ein tolles und komfortables Wochenende in der Unterkunft.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir eine nette Aufmerksamkeit vor. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt einfach an nichts. Die Lage ist optimal mit nahem Zugang zur Promenade und zum Strand. Ein Late-Check-Out konnte abgestimmt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Einfach schöner Aufenthalt für uns auch im Januar, nicht überlaufen, mit vielen Möglichkeiten.

Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und die Kommunikation ist hervorragend und unkompliziert. Mit Rat und Tipps wird gerne geholfen. Anreise zur Anschrift und Schlüsselübergabe waren ebenso völlig einfach. Die Lage der Wohnung, in Nähe zur Promenade und zum Strand, ist super. Privatparkplatz vor dem Gebäude kann und sollte man mit reservieren. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und mit guter Ausstattung. Betten waren bequem, WLAN vorhanden, deutsche TV-Programme wären, wenn wir das hätten schauen wollen auch vorhanden. Zubereitungen bei Selbstverpflegung, wäre ohne Probleme möglich. Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir haben uns die zwei Nächte sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider vergingen diese viel zu schnell. Wir werden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung, wenn die Chance darauf besteht, in unsere Urlaubsplanung und/ oder bei Kurztrips fest einplanen und gerne wieder anmieten.

In Świnoujście ist man leider sehr schnell mit einem teuren Knöllchen auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen/Parkzonen dabei, wenn man nicht gleich ein Parkticket am Automaten zieht, sei es auch nur bei kurzem Verlassen des Fahrzeuges, um z.B. die Schlüssel abzuholen, Hier daher der Tipp von uns, sich beim check inn bzw. bei der Anreise z.B. an einem Freitag direkt kurz vor das Gebäude der Unterkunft zu stellen, um die Schlüssel abzuholen (anmietbarer Parkplatz ist mit einem abschließbaren Bügel gesichert, deswegen kann man das Auto nicht sofort darauf abparken) und sich nicht in dieser Zeit, auf die am Straßenrand vorhandenen öffentlichen Parkplätze bzw. Parkzone stellen, es sei denn eine Person bleibt am Fahrzeug in dieser Zeit. Unser Fehler war, dass wir zu zweit keine 5min vom Auto weg waren, um die Schlüssel zu holen und wurden gleich abkassiert... Das hat natürlich nichts mit der Unterkunft und/oder mit der Vermieterin zu tun und war halt in unserem Fall einfach Pech, eigenes Unvermögen, oder die Mitarbeiter der polnischen Parkzonenüberwachung einfach nur blitzschnell und sehr gründlich....
