Chalupa Vršovka

Very well equipped house and kitchen, we came there here for the Rock For People festival and it was a perfect stay. Cozy living room and big kitchen, a lot of places to chill. There is grill in the back of the property, everything is ready to use. There were towels, big fridge with freezer and even HDMI cable. And coffee made with DeLonghi coffeemaker was really delicious.

Some corners were slighty dusty, but its a big place with a lot of furniture and decorations so it is hard to maintain it in perfect condition all the time and it didn't bother us at all.

To say I liked it is an understatement. I LOVED the stay here and yet, this love for this stay can't match the love that the owners have put in this house. The couple are just lovely and I felt quite bad in being in a Hurry and kinda forced them to speed up the tour, because one can tell they thought about every detail and feel proud to have built the cottage not only of their but everyone's dreams. One of the neighbors also came and offered us apples from his garden. There is this small cozy kind of social club by the end of the road, I mean, is that kind of place ;) this is not just a small cabin in the woods. It is a spacious home with a large garden where you will feel sorry to leave. Runs on Solar panels, owners encourage recycling and they promote local culture, including complimentary local jams and marmalades, ketchup and local beer. They also make sure you won't go thirsty, and next to the barbecue area they have a stacked refrigerator with czech beer, Moravian wine and sodas for very cheap prices. I rarely repeat a cottage rental, but this one I want to repeat just to simply stay home and enjoy the place fully.
