About this apartment rental
“Mini-Margarita” is a spacious studio apartment overlooking the ocean from the island of Hans Lollik to Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, St. John, and beyond. From the cliffside deck you can enjoy fresh ocean breezes in this tropical getaway. The studio is furnished with a king bed, futon, a bistro set, a compact kitchen (two burner gas cooktop, micro/convection oven, and full-size refrigerator), and a small BBQ. Relax and sunbathe on the deck or discover the islands many treasures. Beach towels and a cooler are provided if you wish to explore some of the island’s beautiful beaches, including Magen’s Bay Beach which is only 2 miles away.
The studio has its own staircase from the parking area to its entrance, along with a private deck. The ocean trade winds keep the apartment cool, but air conditioning is available if you feel the need. Wi-Fi is available, TV with DVD player, no cable TV. Modest accommodations for a modest budget.
The studio is located in a private, gated neighborhood, so all guests must have a rental car.
All guests are required to provide ID and sign our rental agreement.

Beautiful views. Balcony was amazing to sit on every morning and evening. accommodations. Perfect home base after visiting nearby beaches.

Beautify quiet and relaxing studio with fantastic views. Roads leading to studio are rough and recommend arriving during the daytime, but this was the perfect place for us. We even saw a pod of whales swim by during our morning coffee.

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice host, easy to get a hold of. Some down sides would be temperature (very small ac unit) it doesn’t cool room.
Hot water is limited.
Sink pressure is slim to none.
Felt a tad like a mission trip hostel stay.
