Surrounded by lush landscaping, the fenced backyard features a private heated pool with a waterfall as well as an outdoor seating area where you can dine alfresco or sip cocktails in the sun. When you're ready to venture from home, stroll to the pier or neighborhood restaurants. You're also just a short drive from picturesque beaches.
The chef in your group will appreciate the home's modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. Share meals between the four-person kitchen bar and the adjacent dining table that also seats four. After dinner, settle into the living area and stream a movie on the smart TV or bring out one of the available board games for a night of family fun. There is a double sofa bed for an extra sleeping option, and a washer/dryer provides added convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We've booked this home before, and without a doubt will do so again. Stayed here for a month and hated to leave--perfect layout, great finishes, property management was wonderful and ideal location.

We've rented multiple homes in Key West and this is, by far, our favorite. The layout is perfect for a family (upstairs master separated from two downstair bedrooms), wide kitchen and open layout, great pool and deck and unbeatable location.

Our original booking was damaged by the hurricane and Vacasa provided this as an alternate at no additional charge. A nice upgrade!
