Welcome to your new home away from home on the gorgeous east coast with a new hot tub installed in 2024. The hot tub is available between 4/1 and 10/31. This beautiful home is the perfect New England getaway for you and your loved ones. Ideally located right on the heart of the bay, tons of waterfront activities await you! Use the boat house to find kayaks and paddleboards to spend all day playing in the bay. Hold barbecues on the back porch and tell scary stories by the fire pit. Experience unbeatable views like Atlantic ocean sunsets and fantastic stargazing.
Inside you'll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light, thanks to magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. There are tons of comfortable furniture throughout, promoting great conversation and togetherness. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel applianced and a floating island breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with plenty of space for personal effects, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and walk-in shower. When you have some downtime, relax and enjoy time in the sauna. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you stay here on the eastern shore.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is the review it wrote...
This property is impressive in what it has to offer. It is spacious and can accommodate many people. It has a beautiful view of the cove out the back windows. Unfortunately, it is located right on Rt. 6, which is noisy and very difficult to navigate. It can actually be dangerous to turn into the driveway! (Being there in the off-season it was not too bad).
We enjoyed the house and all its amenities. The pool table and sauna were a big hit. The beds were very comfortable.
The heated seats and bidet's on every toilet were appreciated and certainly a conversation piece.
However, there were a few drawbacks to take note off:
No staples were supplied (we had to buy paper towels, coffee, tea, oil for cooking, etc.)
Kitchen fireplace did not work
Upstairs shower did not work
Heat upstairs did not work
Ice machine in fridge did not work
The house was generally cold, which would be a plus in the summer, but not in the winter.
There are no rugs to make it cozy or absorb sound.
Very limited house instruction book.
Another drawback is that this rental is managed by a property management company (Vacasa) and not the direct owner. I found Vacasa difficult to deal with. I much prefer to deal directly with the owner as VRBO is supposed to be Vacation Rental by OWNER!
