Family-friendly Vintage 1950's home 12 min from Cleawater Beach (strait shot). Sleeps 6-7 people. Skyline Chili (only 2 in FL, and between OH & FL) a 2 min walk away, along with Publix, Aldi, and countless stores a 5min walk away. Guitar or two scattered about the home. Roku TV's (& huge one in living room) and fans in every room, record player, DVD, CD & tape players throughout home, parking for 4-6 cars & huge backyard. Colorful vintage theme, updated in 2026; VRBO host for over 10 years. Tampa and St. Pete (ie. Mahaffey Theatre & Janis Live) take about 30-40 min, the Baycare Sound (downtown CLW's ampitheatre) and Capital Theatre minutes away, Dunedin's a 15min drive away,

Matthews property was clean and neat. However, if you were expecting amenities, there weren’t any- no salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, dish soap plug for kitchen sink, paper towels, dish cloths, table and chairs in backyard. Also, the lighting in the living room was very poor making it nearly impossible to read at night - a lamp or two would be a tremendous improvement. And, the next door unit had the same door code as ours, making it less secure.
