Manzanita Magic is a condo that is on the top level giving you spectacular 180-degree ocean views. Sit and enjoy the ocean and mountain views from the wrap-around deck or the large picture windows even if the weather is not the best. This spacious, 1,690 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bath condo is perfect for a small family getaway. The large open floor plan with the kitchen, living room (TV with local channels only, HDMI accessible), and dining room is perfect for gathering with the entire family. The main bedroom with a comfortable features its own private bath with dual sinks, a large shower, and a spacious Jacuzzi tub. The two other spacious bedrooms feature a comfortable bed each. These rooms are connected and considered a family suite. There is a door that leads to a large back patio, perfectly blocked from all the ocean wind.

Only one dog allowed
There is no AC available
This home will have a seasonal gas grill that is generally available from May through September, depending on inclement weather.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed watching the surf from the dining room and living room! Kitchen was well equipped to stay in and cook. We spent a ton of hours sitting at the table playing cards/games. The location was convenient to town and beach!

Overall, this was the perfect spot for our trip to the coast. It was walkable to all of Manzanita’s amenities and the views were incredible. The home could use a deep clean - dusty, some moldy spots in tub/shower, previous guests hair on the towels. These were our only complaints. Otherwise it had everything we needed and was a great location.

We arrived to a lovely home with a nice view. We opened the dishwasher, which had been run, we suspect without soap. The dishes were greasy and had dried on food. We had to soak and wash by hand. I pulled out a frying pan from the cupboard that was dirty with dried on food. I sent pictures to vacasa.
