About this house rental

The whole group will enjoy easy access this NEW BUILD home the Houston Heights neighborhood. Very clean, and regularly sanitized for our guests.

This spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 Townhouse Style house is 7 minutes from downtown and near a lot of great bars, restaurants, and other Houston staples.

This home resides in the Houston Heights area that is home to over 100 bars, restaurants, and points of attraction. The house has a large backyard and driveway/garage parking for multiple cars.
The space
2 story house with access to off street parking (covered and uncovered), full backyard for outdoor fun, and fully furnished bedrooms and kitchen. The home is clean and spacious to host you and your guests! We aim to please do send a request if you need something specific.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house., the back yard, and the garage that can fit 1 car with ease. The driveway can also hold 2-3 cars as well.

Overall, unit was dirty, holes in walls and doors, washing machine was broken our entire stay, master shower did not drain properly, some of the libebs were dirty Communication with owner was pretty good, did give some refund for unit being dirty Would not stay that this unit again
