A fully renovated 110 m² apartment located on the 1st floor (no elevator) right in the heart of the pedestrian street, 200 m from the beach. This means you can do everything on foot—restaurants, bars, surf school, bike rentals...
The apartment features a large living room with a TV and Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine…
One bathroom and two separate toilets.
There are two bedrooms with a 140cm bed each and one bedroom with two 90cm beds, all featuring built-in closets and access to the terrace.
The apartment features a large, south-facing 20m² terrace and a plancha grill.
The apartment is located in a pleasant and lively area of Biscarrosse-Plage. Lake Biscarrosse is a 10-minute drive or bike ride away via the bike paths winding through the pine forest.
The Dune du Pilat and Arcachon are 20–30 minutes away by car. Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
Sheets are not included in the price. However, Irène can take care of everything. Very reasonable rates available upon request: Irène at the Biscarrosse Concierge Service.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning: 100€ for weekends and overnight stays
MANDATORY cleaning in July and August: 110 euros, to be paid on site upon arrival
