One of the real highlights of this place is the pleasure of walking to the village to run errands and setting out on walks from the cottage toward the forest or the community recreation park with its playground. Or you could set out on one of the GR 26 or 224 hiking trails, just 3 km away.

The cottage is all on one level. A small entryway leads to the bright and airy living area, featuring a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a central dining area, and the living room. The sleeping area features three bedrooms: the “Pink” room, with a 160x200 double bed and a desk; the “Beige” room, with two single beds and a small desk; and the small, Art Deco-style room for one person with a single bed, which opens onto the garden. You’ll enjoy a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet. There’s also a laundry room that opens onto the backyard. Outside, the property is fully enclosed (approximately 500 m²): a parking area with a garage, a courtyard at the front of the house, and a pleasant backyard with a patio. The residential neighborhood borders a forest with lovely walking trails just down the street. Please note the proximity of the railroad tracks, approximately 200 meters away.
