The villa is located 4 km away from Scicli, a town declared a Unesco heritage site, and the beautiful beach of Sampieri, one of the most renowned locations in the 'Commissario Montalbano' fiction.
The building, totally built in white limestone typical of the area, is on two levels. On the first is a fully equipped kitchen (with a beautiful stone oven), a dining room, a large living room, a bathroom, and a large suite with a double bed and 1 single bed. On the upper level there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a wonderful terrace from which to enjoy the sea view. The house has a charming, refined and elegant décor. Note: electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. beyond this limit, it will be charged. On arrival, payment of the Tourist Tax, required by the Municipality of Scicli, is required, excluding children under 12 years of age.

In the very large garden you can find many enchanting corners among the lemon trees, the vineyard, aromatic herbs, and other Mediterranean plants. In the centre of the garden is the swimming pool area, perfectly and elegantly equipped. Tables, chairs, deckchairs, a BBQ, a bocce court and much more complete the outdoor area that will make you experience unforgettable moments of relaxation! The pool area features a large solarium area and a sauna.
