Blue House Town

The location was spectacular!! Looking down over chefchaouen both day and night was something else! The staff were super lovely and there for everything you needed and the breakfast was off the charts. The house is so quaint and covered in grape vine.... obviously blue, with some lovely photo opportunities. 📸 I cannot rate it highly enough.

Staff were flawless. Some of the kindest people I've met in decades of travelling. They also prepared us a wonderful dinner in 30 min without previous notice. Breakfast was full of fresh and tasty ingredients. Rooftop view is incredible.

If you are driving your own car, beware, the access road is terrible and you need to be confortable driving offroad. If it rains it can be quite dangerous. No shaders or blinders in the rooms. You better not have a problem with sleeping after the sun is up. Room had some wasps (I managed to capture and throw out 5 of the 7) and they can easily hide in the ceiling due to the architectural choice of the lights. Walls are paper thin, so you can listen to everything in the adjacent rooms. If you have loud neighbors you're gonna have a bad time. Wi-fi signal was weak and unstable.

The location is simply amazing

The place, location and view are stunning. The pictures cannot match the experience of being there and the surrounding area. However, the highlight was definitely the people working and living there. They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They really made the environment much more special. Special thanks to Rachid who was warm, kind and friendly on every single interaction.
