This vacation home is a true gem, offering spectacular, breathtaking views of the ocean. Tucked away undisturbed amidst nature, you can enjoy your holiday to the soothing rhythm of the ocean waves. The house itself is newly built, tastefully decorated, and features charming outdoor spaces.
Only a three-minute walk down the slope, and you can dive into the water from the cliffs. A swim ladder has been installed for the convenience of climbing back up.
Pros:
The unique, stunning view of the sea and the house's secluded location even amidst the typically crowded Croatian coastline are some major highlights. The house is clean and modern, located in Razanj, a charming little coastal town that adds to the warm and cozy atmosphere.
The owners are kind and helpful, and they respond quickly.
Cons:
The access road to the house is a rather poor gravel track, and the general narrowness of the roads leading up to the house can be somewhat problematic. This inconvenience alone might discourage us from opting for this wonderful house next year. And unfortunately a car is necessary for grocery shopping, accessing a child-friendly beach, or dining out. While the house does provide Wi-Fi, it isn't quite up to the task of handling the needs of three children keen on sharing their experiences on social media. The speed fluctuates quite a bit, averaging between 0.5 to 4 mbps.

This is not specific to this property.
But I think this is important to take into consideration, as people used to travel to Croatia because it's a beautiful country where you got a lot for your money. This is no longer the case.
We have been coming to Croatia for over 20 years, and we are beginning to feel that the prices are being unfairly increased for both accommodation , activities and food. I find it thought-provoking that a similar holiday home in Scandinavia can be rented for half the price, and the food is now more expensive than in most of the EU.
Just my personal opinion I wanted to share.
Despite these setbacks, the tranquility, impressive vistas, and comfortable amenities make this vacation home a remarkable option for a peaceful getaway.
