blízko centra, relativně klidné místo, parkování aut hned u apartmánu - viditelné z okna, dostupná možnost jednoduchého vaření v kuchyňce.
Chybná informace o dostupnosti a možnosti parkování kol uvnitř objektu, pronajímatel zřejmě vůbec netušil, o jaký objekt jde a co nabízí za možnosti - stojany. Díky špatné informaci jsme nechali kola doma a přijeli bez nich, i když objekt nabízel možnost parkování kol ve stojanech (cca 20 pozic) ve vstupní hale! (dotazovali jsme se jak telefonicky, tak i písemně a vždy zamítavá odpověď - kola nelze v objektu parkovat.) Pokoje byly menší, než bylo zřejmé z fotografií.
