My stay at The Palms Resort on Pašman Island was simply amazing – it exceeded all my expectations. Here’s what impressed me the most: FIRST Staff: The team was incredibly kind and helpful. Always available, smiling, and ready to assist – it made us feel truly welcome - thank you!!! • Accommodation: Our villa was modern, stylish, and very well equipped. It perfectly combined comfort with a local touch, creating a relaxing atmosphere. • Cleanliness & comfort: Everything was spotless – from the villa interior to the shared spaces. Comfortable beds, fresh towels, and efficient air conditioning made the stay even better. • Location & surroundings: Peace, nature, and proximity to the sea – ideal for a relaxing holiday. The private beach and access to the resort facilities were a big highlight. • Amenities: Private pool, free parking NEXT to the villa, WiFi, excursions – everything was well-organized and worked perfectly. • Value for money: Considering the quality, comfort, and excellent service, the price was absolutely fair. You can feel that they really care about their guests.

Never again! Seemingly an ideal place, but reality surprised us unpleasantly

Seemingly ideal place, but reality did not please us We visited the accommodation twice – first in early June and again in early September. After reading the reviews, we believed that we had found a place where we would regularly return several times a year. Unfortunately, the opposite turned out to be true – and the reason was one person: the manager Miro. During all our travels, we have not encountered such an arrogant approach from the management. As long as everything goes according to his wishes, Miro seems willing. But the moment even the slightest problem arises, he changes his tone, behavior and approach. He does not even let the guests finish their sentence, he interrupts and stops providing basic services – such as cleaning the pool or changing towels. He even threatened us that we would never return to this place. We consider this absolutely unacceptable. One of our guests wanted to rent a buggy – Miro promised him help and arranged the rental for €400 in cash, without an invoice. Only after inspecting the buggy did we find out that an identical machine was on the rental company's official website for €400 for 24 hours. We left it at that, the guest enjoyed the ride. But after returning the buggy, they suddenly asked us for €250 for the "brake disc noise". We had no idea about the problem and wanted to solve it - but Miro rebuffed the guest with the sentence: "I don't have time for this" and refused to talk further. The guest came to the villa indignant, wanting to leave immediately. When I went to solve the situation, Miro told me among the first sentences that we were forbidden to return here ever again. This is how the manager of this facility behaves. In a crisis situation, he absolutely cannot communicate, loses professionalism and instead of finding solutions, he looks for a way to silence the guests. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case - other reviews confirm similar experiences.

The staff are very nice and welcoming. The place is the most beautiful. This is my favorite place for us.

Peacefull and calming.

Neatly decorated houses, mentained with care. All the towels and loung chairs are inclouded in the price. Pool is a nice addition. Sea is clean, beach peacefull.

No price list for drinks and food that tou order. Pool shod be heated.

Sea view from the Beach House was fantastic. Attention to detail in design. Committed staff looking after the resort and the guests. Loved the boat excursion to Kornati islands. Overall a great customer experience - will probably return.

Amazing vacation on a beautiful island and Palms resort !!!

Everything was as it should be, even in reality it is even more beautiful than the already very nice photos on their website, so a really wonderful resort ! Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, beautiful apartments very stylish and practically equipped with everything a person needs for a holiday. The employees and the owner himself were all very pleasant, friendly and cheerful people. Everything in perfect working order, very well organized and tidy. The cleanliness of everything and the cleaning up after the previous guests was the same as in the world-famous 5* hotel Four Seasons, so there was absolutely nothing that a person could fault or that a person would miss. A nice 10 minute walk to the town of Tkon, where you can have a good dinner or buy essentials. We all really enjoyed our vacation and we hope that we will be able to return to the resort again in the future.

"The Lamborghini of Croatian resorts"

We couldn't have imagined better! The house was beautiful and clean with a private pool, steps away from the private beach, where each apartment has sunbeds! The owner did everything to make us feel exceptional, and the staff - especially Marko and Mate - were kind and helpful! The resort has a luxurious boat, so we recommend you to try it! The Island was also a pleasant surprise with more attractions than we thought!

That we couldn't stay any longer. :-)

Sehr modern, sauber, luxuriös.

Wir hatten ein Haus in der 1. Reihe. Was wir vorher nicht wussten war, dass zwischen Haus und Rezeption die Straße lag. Sie war zwar nicht all zu viel befahren, für Familien mit Kleinkindern würden wir definitiv ein Haus aus Reihe 2-5 empfehlen.

Droomhuisje om de vakantie te spenderen. Ideaal voor 5-7 dagen!

Prachtige moderne huisjes voorzien van alle comfort afgewerkt met top materialen. Goed gelegen, rustig Dock vlak bij dorpje en warenhuis. Mooi zwembad en heerlijk plons bad aan het villaatje.

Na een aantal dagen heb je het eiland wel gezien. Nog iets meer zaken voorzien om de dode momenten op te vullen.

Es war perfekt! Die Location schön gelegen. Der Bungalow sehr luxuriös! Sehr gute Betten! Sehr schöne Bäder! Perfekte Küche! Überall nur Markengeräte! Alles sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet! Schöner Pool. Schöne Außenanlage! Mitarbeiter voll auf Zack! Wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gab, war sofort jemand da! Sehr schöner, geschaffener Strandbereich! Ebenfalls alles geschmackvoll und durchdacht! Am Strand wurde auch angeboten: Kaffe, Frühstück und Pasta. Auch hier alle sehr freundlich!

Die Lage am Meer ist Perfekt. Der Privatstand ist Super. Die Möglichkeiten im Resort eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen war sehr angenehm und wenn man Fragen und Wünsche hatte wurden diese sofort erfüllt.
