The bedding was terrible and not well equipped for five people we asked for three single beds. We should’ve been told this wasn’t possible.

Never again

The mattresses are dirty, really dirty and worn out. The smell in the apartment is disgusting. Windows better not to open - they are below ground floor. I was awfully tired after a long drive. If there would be another driver, we would immediately leave and look for anything else. We left as soon as possible. I think this listing shouldn’t be on Booking, it is below any quality rating.

Terribly

A nice town, a suburb of Paris. But there is no merit of the owners in this. Of the advantages, perhaps, only the underground garage and a clean entrance.

Everyone should know that by offering accommodation for 5 people, they offer only 3 beds. The dirty rubber mess that they offer to inflate to guests on their own cannot be considered a sleeping place. If they tried, it would be possible to accommodate 5 people. But the owners do not want to do anything to improve housing (you can just put an extra Bed in the living room, the size of the room allows). Bed linen raises doubts about freshness. I had to buy a set of bed linen for my daughter and me. Also be prepared that the owner will ignore any of your claims when you have already paid for everything and find yourself in the apartment. He just won't answer you. It's disgusting and it casts a shadow on the hospitality industry.

Pleasant

Apartment has a lot of potential as it's strategically located within walking distance to shopping, (bakeries, butchers, groceries, clothing etc.) and transport. Lovely size and spacious rooms with elevator and staircase access. These though are minimized with the sanitation of the apartment. Bathtub had a very visible ring and tiles were mucky. Face basin and toilet also needed a proper scrub. In light of covid it was expected that greater detail would be paid to cleanliness especially if the light switches and plugs. And that unsightly piece of cloth on the bathroom floor needs to be burnt.

Inaccuracies in the listing - read the fine print

The location is excellent, right on the bus line to Versailles and easy public transport to Paris. The free parking is a reserved space in a secure garage right in the building, which was extremely convenient. The host was friendly and responded very quickly to messages.

The listing was inaccurate, advertising two bedrooms when in reality there was only one. There was a floor plan buried with the photos, but no other indication that this was a one bedroom apartment until a message week before the stay (they "just noticed" that booking.com included a shell), with no real option but to proceed as everything else was booked. I'd certainly give the benefit of the doubt, but at the time of this review, it is still listed as two bedrooms. Of course assessment of value for the listing was based on "two bedrooms" which turned out not to be the case. The second "bedroom" was the living room and dining area, with a modular futon-style bed that was extremely uncomfortable. On the up side, the room had a door, but it also had a refrigerator. In addition, I had to put all three of my children in the same double bed in the bedroom because the inflatable mattress would not hold air. The apartment had been cleaned, but was not really clean, with shaving residue in the bathtub, etc. There were a number of broken items, including a sink/counter that has pulled away from the wall and made me a little nervous for my children. Honestly this place has enormous potential, and some repairs and replacements will make it a great stay, but definitely read the fine print to make sure it satisfies your family's needs.

Ignoble, arnaque, honte

Rien du tout logement ignoble.

Trace graisseuse sur les murs et le frigo. Mégots cendres et paquet de gâteaux vides sous le lit. Mégots et cendre dans une tasse faisant partie de la vaisselle propre. L’état du matelas était à vomir. Je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. C’est la première fois que je dors dans un logement entièrement habillé tellement ça dégoûte l’annonce est frauduleuse car il y a écrit Studio et c’est juste une pauvre pièce avec un matelas, mais les sanitaires la douche et même la pièce pour boire le café sont communes ça n’est pas un studio mais un appartement divisé en trois avec accès aux trois logements si on le souhaite, il y a écrit sur l’annonce interdit de fumer, je me retrouve dans un logement où ça pue la cigarette de fond en comble à vomir.

La pire réservation de ma vie ! Je me suis fait arnaquer, et Booking.com n’a rien fait pour m'aider

Il n’y a absolument rien que j’aie apprécié dans ce logement, qui s’avère être une véritable arnaque. D’ailleurs, compte tenu de son état, je ne l’ai même pas utilisé. J’avais réservé, selon l’annonce, un studio avec kitchenette afin que ma fille puisse travailler au calme pendant les travaux que nous avons chez nous. Or, à notre arrivée, il s’agissait en réalité d’une simple chambre partagée, sans bureau, sans possibilité de cuisiner, avec toilettes et salle de bain communes, et dans un état général délabré. Face à ces conditions inacceptables, je n’ai évidemment pas laissé ma fille dans cet endroit.

Le logement ne correspond absolument pas à l’annonce publiée sur Booking.com. L’annonce, trompeuse, montre uniquement les photos d’un studio avec kitchenette, ce qui laisse croire qu’il s’agit bien de ce type de logement. Mais une fois la réservation effectuée, on découvre qu’il faut en réalité choisir parmi plusieurs “chambres”, et non des studios. On pense donc qu’il y a plusieurs studios disponibles, alors qu’en réalité il s’agit de chambres partagées, dont les photos n’apparaissent nulle part dans l’annonce. Lorsque j’ai contacté le service client de Booking.com, on m’a expliqué que sans l’accord du propriétaire, aucun remboursement n’était possible. J’ai donc appelé le propriétaire, qui m’a répondu que c’était Booking.com qui l’obligeait à publier ce type d’annonce floue, mélangeant plusieurs types de logements, et que s’il y avait une erreur, c’était à moi d’en assumer la responsabilité. De retour avec le service client, la seule proposition qui m’a été faite a été une compensation de 13,26 €, alors que j’avais payé 146 € pour 2 nuits. On m’a répété qu’aucun remboursement, même partiel, ne pouvait être effectué sans l’accord de l’hôte. Quant à la chambre elle-même, elle était dans un état pitoyable : Moisissure visible sur le tableau, Taches de sauce tomate sur les murs, Mini-frigo sale et vide, Vue sur un jardin rempli de déchets, Baignoire, meubles et radiateur délabrés. En résumé, un logement à fuir absolument, tant pour son état dégradé que pour la tromperie manifeste de l’annonce.

Não gostei de nada, péssima experiência. Não alugue se você é uma Mulher, se trata de um único compartilhado. São 3 quartos divididos por paredes de compensado, se ouve tudo oque as outras pessoas estão fazendo como, assistindo Tv, falando no celular, TUDO! Se você está fazendo suas necessidades as pessoas ouvem, eu ouvir. Não tem fogão, copo, prato NADA. Não tem nem uma colher de quer. Banheiro sujo e piso molhado por outros ocupantes. Nos quartos não tem uma lixeira se quer. A uma única lixeira atrás da porta de entrada do apartamento COLETIVA. Um absurdo. Não tem câmera no acesso entre os quartos, oque deveria ser obrigatório por ser um apartamento coletivo, para segurança de todos. Quando cheguei, um homem estava em frente ao seu quarto com a porta aberta me observando. Tentei ir ao banheiro algumas vezes mais ele continuava lá, não fui por medo ! Pedir ao anfitrião para cancelar a minha estadia, pois estava com muito medo, ele negou, e não foi ao apartamento verificar a situação. Então tive que abandonar e pegar um hotel .

L’absence de clarification de l’annonce : il s’agit d’une chambre de 9-12 m2 max. Le logement n’est pas entier. Il est partagé. La salle de bain et WC sont partagés. Nous ne le savons qu’après paiement et à la réception du mail du propriétaire.

attente du code super long sachant que nous avions prévenu le propriétaire 30minutes avant et qu’il nous a dit de le rappeler lors de notre arrivée. chose que j’ai faite, je l’ai appeler 3 fois il m’a dit qu’il envoyer le code en sms de suite mais 30minutes après toujours pas. ma copine étant en situation d’handicap et ne pouvant pas rester debout à donc appeler le propriétaire 17 fois pour se faire raccrocher au nez plus d’une fois. ensuite, une cuisine était indiquée dans l’annonce mais celle ci n’était pas présente. De plus la salle de bain était sale surtout la baignoire. le lit avait une latte de cassée et grincer constamment. je demande un remboursement
