The location was great. The place is a bit small, but is clean and close to restaurants, mini-markets etc. The area is safe and convenient by subway or tram.
The laundry machine had soap stuck in it. Took us a while to rinse it out. But it was nice to have the laundry machine and the rack for drying clothes. I wished there was a iron and an ironing board, since I was there for work.

Location was just perfect. Close to metro, bus and tram stations. Not distant from the city center. Convenient place for eatings, grocery supermarkets, coffee shops.
Washing machine was problematic to operate due to absence of the instruction. Even it was provided later it was not functioning as instructed. Spinning wasn’t functioning at all. Could be better if this can be improved for the next guests. Toilet & kitchen papers and towels weren’t sufficient for longer stays, I.e. for those who stays more than 3 days.
